Policies
The following policies of Home Care by
Laura will apply to all clients.

There is no charge for the initial "meet
and greet".

Clients that travel frequently or
request daily visits keys will be kept in
my "keep a key" program at no charge.

Cancellation of scheduled services
must be received a minimum of 24
hours prior to service in order to
avoid a cancellation fee of $25.00.

Payment for services is due in full
prior to the first scheduled visit.

To avoid charges for extra visits I
must be notified when you return. If I
do not hear from you I will make
another visit to assure your pets
safety and well being. If you return
early your prepaid amount will be
credited for future visits.

There is a $25.00 fee for any returned
check.

If you refer a friend or neighbor to
Home Care by Laura you will receive a
free visit when you schedule your
next trip.

There is no charge for any additional
pets you may have.

There is no extra charge for any visits
during the holidays, but they are
scheduled on a "first come, first
served basis. Visits need to be
reserved as far in advance as
possible.

Home Care by Laura business hours
are 9am to 5pm Monday through
Friday. Phone messages and email are
checked daily on a regular basis as I
am out of the office most of the day.

Daily dog walks are between the hours
of 11am and 3pm. Overnight pet sits
begin at 9pm until 8am the following
morning. Every effort is made to keep
your pet on it's normal routine. During
holiday seasons visits may run a little
later than normal.
I do walk dogs in the
winter months if it
possible to do so. If
not, I let them out
for their "potty
break" and will play
or keep them
company for about
20 minutes so their
day has a nice break
in it until you get
home. To schedule
